Project: Construction of a multifunctional residential complex
Location: Dzerzhinsky town, Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation.
Project description: Construction of the building No. 2 of a multifunctional residential complex in Dzerzhinsky, Bondarjewa St, Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation. Building No. 2 consists of 3 wings – two 9-floor narrow wings and one 12-floor part connecting them in one C-shaped facility. Total usable floor space is 19.122,3 sq. meters (including underground park car with 76 stalls). Total living area is 11.757,1 sq. meters and consists of 154 apartments. The whole 3-building residential complex together with associated facilities connected with the project have been reviewed.
